The outlet said it was unable to reach Kristi Noem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Months of speculation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The marriage had drawn attention since late March, when the Daily Mail published photos and messages it said showed Bryon Noem interacting with online fetish performers. A representative for Kristi Noem said at the time that the family had been <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/09\/29\/us-news\/kristi-noem-files-for-divorce-from-cross-dressing-husband-bryon\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cblindsided\u201d<\/a> and asked for privacy and prayers. During a March House Judiciary Committee hearing, a Democratic lawmaker asked about reports of a romantic relationship between Noem and Corey Lewandowski, a former Trump campaign manager who worked as an adviser at DHS. Noem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/live-updates\/kristi-noem-hearing-house-judiciary-committee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dismissed the question<\/a> as \u201ctabloid garbage.\u201d Both Noem and Lewandowski have denied the allegations.
