I don\u2019t speak for the Navy but simply sharing my experience in the Navy! Hooyah, and let\u2019s go Slay!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his Instagram video, Kelley said he is \u201cbeing the representation of people who were oppressed for years in the service.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarytimes.com\/news\/your-military\/2023\/04\/10\/the-genesis-of-todays-recruiting-crisis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Military Times<\/a>, the U.S. Army missed its fiscal 2022 goal by 15,000 soldiers while the other branches of the U.S. military, with the exception of the Space Force, \u201cbarely made quota or had to pull extensively from their pools of delayed-entry applicants.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Things have gone too far.
