We will continue to deploy every strategy to protect Texans and Americans \u2014 and the migrants risking their lives.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 4-foot-wide orange spherical buoys spin if someone tries to grab onto them, according to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/07\/07\/texas-begins-installing-buoy-barrier-along-rio-grande-to-deter-migrant-border-crossings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New York Post<\/a>.
