South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) said former\u00a0President Trump\u00a0should not pick fellow GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley as his running mate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noem was asked<\/a> by Newsmax\u2019s Eric Bolling if it would be a mistake if Trump chose Haley to be his vice presidential pick and she only has one answer. She quickly replied \u201cyes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

\u201cBut if he picked her, I would tell him I disagreed with him. But then I would support the ticket, because he\u2019s still the president and the president still makes the decisions,\u201d Noem said Tuesday.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The popular South Dakota Governor has previously said she would be Trump\u2019s running mate\u00a0\u201cin a heartbeat.\u201d\u00a0In September, the former president said he likes\u00a0\u201cthe concept\u201d of\u00a0a female vice president but hadn\u2019t given much thought to whom he would choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noem is reportedly among a group of rumored candidates, including Haley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAnd you know, I just, I\u2019ve had a lot of disagreement with Nikki Haley over the years, and I just don\u2019t know which Nikki Haley is going to show up every day,\u201d Noem said, highlighted by Mediaite<\/a>. \u201cShe\u2019s a different person depending on whatever works for her political agenda.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSo, I just, what I love about President Trump, or what I think the American people love about President Trump, is that he\u2019s just himself and he\u2019s just genuine,\u201d Noem continued. \u201cHe\u2019s just a normal human being who tells the truth, and gets up every day fighting for people. He has no reason to do this job other than the fact that he really truly does believe in America. And he wants to put the people out there \u2014 they get up every day and go to work.
