The latest development comes on the heels FBI seizure of Lindell\u2019s phone last week while he was waiting at a drive-thru in Minnesota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/blogs\/blog-briefing-room\/3654707-doj-investigating-mike-lindell-over-potential-identity-theft-damage-to-protected-computer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Hill <\/a>reported:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.mnd.203171\/gov.uscourts.mnd.203171.6.0_1.pdf\">The warrant for the search,<\/a>&nbsp;which was filed by Lindell\u2019s team on Wednesday as part of his lawsuit to the United States District Court in Minnesota, showed that the DOJ is investigating Lindell for identity theft, intentional damage to a protected computer and conspiracy to commit identity theft or intentionally damage a protected computer.<\/p><p>The warrant was approved by U.S. Magistrate Judge Tony Leung on Sept. 7, according to document.
