I&#8217;m shocked at this. I can&#8217;t even understand or fathom the decision at all. Trump was accused of fraud through past valuations of his properties that were inflated and used to get more beneficial agreements in a civil lawsuit filed by New York Attorney General&nbsp;<strong>Letitia James<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O&#8217;Leary called Trump&#8217;s actions a victimless&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/americanliberty.news\/tag\/crime\/\">crime<\/a>&nbsp;and said other companies are now going to be even more fearful to conduct business in New York, which the Canadian-born O&#8217;Leary called a \u201closer state.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt doesn&#8217;t matter what the governor says, New York was already a loser state. Like&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/americanliberty.news\/tag\/california\/\">California<\/a>&#8216;s a loser state. There are many loser states because of policy, high&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/americanliberty.news\/tag\/taxes\/\">taxes<\/a>, uncompetitive regulation, it was already on the top of the list of being a loser state. I would never invest in New York now, and I&#8217;m not the only person saying that,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O&#8217;Leary, long a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediaite.com\/tv\/shark-tanks-kevin-oleary-declares-aoc-great-at-killing-jobs-on-cnn-calls-new-york-uninvestable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vocal critic<\/a>&nbsp;of New York&#8217;s policies for business, described running into massive amounts of red tape while trying to set up a \u201chigh end data center\u201d in New York and he&#8217;s now abandoning the state for \u201cwinner states,\u201d like the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/americanliberty.news\/tag\/oklahoma\/\">Oklahoma<\/a>, North Dakota, and West&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/americanliberty.news\/tag\/virginia\/\">Virginia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe fine people of New York should ask themselves, why are we such a loser state? How are we going attract business?\u201d O&#8217;Leary continued. \u201cIt&#8217;s not just the existing businesses that are fleeing out to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/americanliberty.news\/tag\/texas\/\">Texas<\/a>&nbsp;and Florida.
