No possible motives have been given and no suspects have been identified by state authorities.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/investigation-launched-after-explosive-device-detonated-outside-of-republican-attorney-generals-office\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Daily Wire <\/a>has more:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cIn the early hours of Saturday, February 24, an explosive device was detonated outside of the Alabama Attorney General\u2019s Office building in Montgomery,\u201d Marshall&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alabamaag.gov\/attorney-general-marshall-issues-statement-after-explosive-device-detonated-outside-office-over-the-weekend\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a>&nbsp;in a statement. \u201cThankfully, no staff or personnel were injured by the explosion. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency will be leading the investigation, and we are urging anyone with information to contact them immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The explosion&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.al.com\/news\/2024\/02\/explosive-device-detonates-outside-alabama-attorney-general-steve-marshalls-office.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reportedly<\/a>&nbsp;took place at the intersection of Washington Avenue and South Bainbridge Street in Montgomery. and followed reports of a suspicious package being at the scene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt was determined that the suspicious package was an explosive device that was detonated in the early morning hours of Saturday, Feb. 24,\u201d the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/02\/26\/us\/alabama-attorney-general-explosive.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a>. \u201cNothing further is available as the investigation remains ongoing.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The Alabama Bureau of Investigation was informed of the incident around 8:19 a.m. on Saturday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Sgt.
