Radio host Charlamagne tha God said Tuesday that he suffers from \u201cTrump Derangement Syndrome,\u201d a popular term related to disliking former President\u00a0Donald Trump\u00a0to a nearly excessive degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think he is a threat to democracy. I think that he led an attempted coup of this country, you know. He said he wanted to suspend the Constitution to overthrow the results of an election. Charlamagne\u2019s comment was referring to a Truth Social post that Trump made in December 2022 in which the former president reiterated his claim that the 2020 presidential election results were illegitimate and that\u00a0this calls for the termination of all rules<\/a>, \u201ceven those found in the Constitution.\u201d Trump has\u00a0denied calling for terminating the Constitution<\/a>, calling it \u201cmore DISINFORMATION & LIES.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
