Kennedy Jr. serving in his administration if he were to win a second term this fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s a brilliant guy. He\u2019s a very smart guy. I\u2019ve known him for a very long time,\u201d Trump said. \u201cI didn\u2019t know he was thinking about getting out, but if he is thinking about getting out, certainly I\u2019d be open to it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trump said that he would \u201clove\u201d an endorsement from Kennedy because he\u2019s \u201calways liked\u201d him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He indicated that he \u201cprobably would\u201d appoint Kennedy to a role in the administration if Kennedy were to drop out and endorse him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI like him a lot. I respect him a lot,\u201d Trump said. \u201cI probably would, if something like that would happen. He\u2019s a very different kind of a guy \u2014 a very smart guy.
