One of the exhibits appears to review much of Trump\u2019s then-Twitter activity from the period of the election.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" data=\"https:\/\/greatamericanewsdesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/trump-10-17.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" style=\"width:100%;height:600px\" aria-label=\"Embed of trump-10-17.\"><\/object><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-1bde2411-40c9-41ca-8a99-8e26fc0056cf\" href=\"https:\/\/greatamericanewsdesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/trump-10-17.pdf\">trump-10-17<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/greatamericanewsdesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/trump-10-17.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button wp-element-button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-1bde2411-40c9-41ca-8a99-8e26fc0056cf\">Download<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Chutkan cited in the order&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/trump-blasts-doj-election-interference-calls-federal-case-scam-after-judge-unseals-smiths-key-filing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Trump&#8217;s claim that the<\/a>&nbsp;&#8220;asymmetric release of charged allegations and related documents during early voting creates a concerning appearance of election interference.&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the judge, while there is a public interest for courts to avoid involving themselves in elections, &#8220;it is in fact Defendant\u2019s requested relief that risks undermining that public interest.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She added that&nbsp;the court would continue&nbsp;keeping political considerations out of decisions, despite the defense&#8217;s request.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>This is a breaking news story.
