They seek to block co-heads Elon Musk and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/people\/vivek-ramaswamy\/\">Vivek Ramaswamy&nbsp;<\/a>from moving forward or coordinating with the new administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Musk and Ramaswamy have pledged ambitious plans to cut $2 trillion in government spending and restructure federal agencies, though Ramaswamy is\u00a0also planning to run for Ohio governor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The three cases were some of the first lawsuits filed against the new Trump administration after the president took the oath of office in the Capitol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lawsuits come as Ramaswamy is reportedly stepping down from his role to pursue a campaign for governor of\u00a0Ohio.
