ANALYSIS \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0While\u00a0Joe Biden\u00a0and the Democrats haven\u2019t been able to pass the draconian gun control legislation they want, they still abuse existing laws and regulations to push their radical anti-Second Amendment\u00a0agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I wrote earlier, the bipartisan gun safety measures passed by\u00a0Congress, and touted by Biden, were far from being severe gun control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, they were mostly reasonable, common-sense solutions that stayed within the bounds of the Constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the left knows it and has kept pushing Biden to do more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why he keeps promising an \u2018assault weapons\u2019 ban against sporting rifles and other extreme gun control policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fortunately for lawful gun owners and all citizens, these measures have little chance of passing now.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And much less with a GOP Congress coming soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is why Biden and his merry band of Democrats are using a stealth approach to violating our Second Amendment rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier this year, as\u00a0I also reported<\/a>, they pressured credit card processing companies such as Amex, Visa, and Mastercard to support a special gun designation, or code, set by the International Standards Organization (ISO) to specifically flag gun purchases.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several Republican state attorney generals are pushing back<\/a> on this abuse and expect a GOP Congress to follow suit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it doesn’t stop there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As reported by KTRH i-Heart<\/a>, Team Biden is manipulating and abusing federal law to target law-abiding gun dealers and put them out of business:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\u00a0Texas\u00a0gun store is suing the\u00a0Biden administration, claiming it\u2019s trying to shut down firearms dealers for minor violations.<\/p>

Nate Curtisi is an attorney with the\u00a0Texas Public Policy Foundation<\/a>, which represents Central Texas Gun Works. He says the Biden administration is weaponizing the Gun Control Act by pulling gun store licenses over paperwork errors.<\/p>

\u201cThere\u2019s a shop in\u00a0Florida\u00a0that had less than 50 typos on 8,000\u00a0Form 4473<\/a>. The Biden administration revoked their license even though there was no evidence that they meant to make these typos, or that any criminal or anyone who shouldn\u2019t have\u00a0guns\u00a0had gotten them,\u201d he says.<\/p>

\u201cCongress has at least twice failed to remove this \u2018willfully\u2019 requirement, so now the Biden administration is doing the round about way of trying to make a strict compliance regime, where that is not at all what the statute says.\u201d<\/p>

So what kind of violations are we talking about?<\/p>

\u201cSometimes people actually put their \u2018county\u2019 of origin where they need to put their \u2018country,\u2019 and vice versa,\u201d says Curtisi. \u201cSo they\u2019re pulling federal firearm licenses for these really inconsequential typos that really don\u2019t result in the wrong people getting guns.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

This is just the latest example of Biden\u2019s efforts to push a radical agenda via executive power that he can\u2019t get through legislative means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The White House has 60 days to respond or seek a dismissal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
