Hunter Biden Was Part of Chinese Operation to Spy on Biden Family

    ANALYSIS – The stakes continue to grow for Joe Biden as more evidence is discovered about his son Hunter’s damning ties to Communist China.

    While the establishment media is slowly coming around to the veracity of the information on Hunter’s laptop, they continue to downplay the more severe implications of his links to Chinese intelligence.

    Thankfully, Republican lawmakers and former White House officials remain dogged in their pursuit of the truth.

    As part of this effort, House Republicans last week released evidence on how the president’s son’s former business partner was connected to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

    And former Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker told Fox News that this evidence shows Hunter Biden was “part of a Chinese intelligence mission that was trying to gather as much information as possible about Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and the entire Biden family.”

    His [Whitaker’s] interview came days after House Republicans released evidence that before becoming Hunter Biden’s business partner and close associate, JiaQi “Jackie” Bao worked for the Chinese Communist Party at an agency that approves foreign-funded projects.

    “I have always felt that in addition to the sort of just the classic political corruption that is contained in this case, there is this national security concern that I think actually elevates it to, you know, a higher level of a case,” Whitaker said.

    Meanwhile, Fox News reports this new evidence is raising major national security concerns.

    Republicans are demanding information from the FBI about Hunter Biden’s business partner’s ties to the Chinese Communist Party and her successful infiltration into President Biden’s family’s affairs, which they say jeopardizes national security.

    James Comer, R-Ky., sent a letter to FBI Director Chris Wray Wednesday morning stating that committee Republicans have documents that “reveal Hunter Biden’s business partner and close personal associate was linked to the Communist Party of China (CCP), her employer before the Biden family.”

    Republicans say Hunter’s partner, JiaQi “Jackie” Bao, provided the president’s son information on how to purchase natural gas in the U.S. and sell it to China. In addition, they say documents show that Bao had access to the Biden family’s financial information and worked closely with CCP agents.

    “After infiltrating the Biden family, Bao urged Hunter to encourage Joe Biden to run for president months before he announced and then supplied the Biden family campaign advice related to China,” Comer’s letter said.

    Media reports and documents reviewed by Committee Republicans suggest that Bao and Hunter’s relationship extended beyond professional obligations — a common tactic employed by Chinese intelligence agents.

    Committee Republicans are concerned Hunter Biden may have been compromised by the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and foreign intelligence services (FIS). Due to the interconnected nature of the Biden family’s finances and business dealings, this type of access would jeopardize U.S. national security,” Comer added.

    This growing evidence increasingly indicates Hunter Biden was compromised by Chinese intelligence and in turn compromised the entire Biden family, especially his father, Joe Biden.

    Expect explosive revelations as soon as the GOP gains control of Congress and launches more detailed investigations.

      Trump Asks Supreme Court to Intervene in Tax Docs Battle

      UPDATE: Chief Justice John Roberts put a temporary hold on the handover of former President Donald Trump’s tax returns to a congressional committee. Roberts’ order gives the Supreme Court time to weigh the legal issues in Trump’s emergency appeal.

      On Monday, former President Trump filed an emergency appeal to the Supreme Court after a lower court declined to reverse its ruling mandating that he turn over his tax records to the House Ways and Means Committee. 

      “No Congress has ever wielded its legislative powers to demand a President’s tax returns,” Trump argued to the high court, expressing outrage about the “far-reaching implications” of the D.C. Circuit’s ruling.

      “The Committee’s purpose in requesting President Trump’s tax returns has nothing to do with funding or staffing issues at the IRS and everything to do with releasing the President’s tax information to the public,” Trump’s attorneys wrote in the filing according to The Washington Examiner. 

      The request was made to Chief Justice John Roberts, who has authority over such appeals stemming from the District of Columbia.

      Last week, Trump lost his latest bid to block the House Committee from accessing his records after the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals declined to reconsider a unanimous August ruling from one of the court’s panels ordering their release.

      Committee chairman Richard Neal(D-MA) celebrated the lower court’s ruling last week.

      “The law has always been on our side,” Rep. Neal said in a statement. “Former President Trump has tried to delay the inevitable, but once again, the Court has affirmed the strength of our position. We’ve waited long enough—we must begin our oversight of the IRS’s mandatory presidential audit program as soon as possible.”

      In December, federal court Judge Trevor McFadden, a Trump appointee, ruled that the Treasury Department must turn over the tax returns, holding that despite Trump’s claims that the pursuit of records by the House committee was politically motivated, the committee’s chairman, Democrat Richard Neal, held a “valid legislative purpose” with his request, according to The Hill.

      “The Chairman has identified a legitimate legislative purpose that it requires information to accomplish,” Judge David Sentelle, wrote in the panel’s opinion. “At this stage, it is not our place to delve deeper than this.”

      Democrats have engaged in a yearslong battle for Trump’s tax records, claiming they need to probe how the Internal Revenue Service conducts its routine presidential audits, however, Trump and his legal team have argued the matter is purely political. 

      Trump Awards New Hampshire Republican Last-minute Endorsement

      New Hampshire Republican Senate candidate Don Bolduc received a late-night endorsement from former President Donald Trump but not before taking a swipe at him

      “General Don Bolduc has run a great campaign to be the U.S. Senator from the beautiful State of New Hampshire. He was a strong and proud “Election Denier,” a big reason that he won the Nomination, but he then disavowed. He has since come back, at least on busing, but that is only a small part of N.H. Election Fraud. Nevertheless, Don Bolduc has asked for my Endorsement, and he’s got it, Complete & Total. His opponent is a disaster on Crime, the Border, Inflation, & all else. Vote for Don Bolduc!” Trump said.

      Previously, Bolduc aligned himself with Trump’s 2020 election interference claims before backtracking after winning the Republican nomination.

      “The election was not stolen,” Bolduc previously told Fox News. His explanation was that he wanted to “move us forward to 2022 and 2024.” Bolduc’s waffling on the 2020 election is what caused Gov. Chris Sununu to endorse him.

      Democrat Sen. Maggie Hassan, immediately seized on the news. “Donald Trump said it himself: Don Bolduc is an election denier, and his endorsement is further evidence that if elected, Don Bolduc would work to overturn our elections and continue to promote dangerous conspiracy theories that undermine New Hampshire’s free and fair elections,” she wrote on Twitter.

      So far, Bolduc has yet to publicly address Trump’s endorsement.

      RealClearPolitics has labeled the New Hampshire Senate race a “toss up” but Democrats are projected to hold onto the seat. However, recent polls have shown Bolduc rapidly closing the gap against Hassan, teeing up the possibility Republicans manage to flip the seat.

        New York Gubernatorial Candidate Under Investigation

        New York Republican gubernatorial nominee Lee Zeldin has been targeted in a new investigation less than two weeks before the midterm elections.

        Zeldin is under investigation by the State Board of Elections over allegations that he coordinated with two super PACs supporting his campaign, according to The Hill.

        Michael Johnson, the chief enforcement counsel of the New York State Board of Elections, opened a preliminary investigation into Zeldin’s campaign after the allegations emerged.

        Johnson is now seeking subpoena authority from the State Board of Elections to compel cooperation with his investigation, according to the Times. 

        However, he was stymied when two Republican members of the board unexpectedly missed a business meeting on Tuesday, preventing the board from reaching a quorum to vote on the subpoena issue and likely delaying the issue until after the election, per the Times.

        The Albany Times-Union first reported in mid-October that there were several overlaps between Zeldin’s campaign and two super PACs supporting him — Safe Together New York and Save Our State New York.

        Days later, the New York State Democratic Party filed a complaint against Zeldin’s campaign over the alleged super PAC. Super PACs are legally allowed to raise and spend unlimited amounts of money to advocate for or against candidates but are barred from coordinating with the candidates they benefit.

        Zeldin has been rapidly closing the gap against New York Gov. Kathy Hochul in recent weeks.

          Rush Limbaugh is sticking it to liberals even beyond the grave.

          Kathryn Adams Limbaugh, the widow of conservative radio icon Rush Limbaugh confirmed to Glenn Beck that his death certificate reads his occupation as “Radio’s Greatest of All Time.”

          “[It was] another thing we wanted to do in a way to tweak the media as a final goodbye from Rush, which we know he certainly would have loved,” she said. “But someone put that through, ironically.”

          Limbaugh also described her late husband as someone who “was so humble.”

          “He had the biggest heart,” she said. “He was so sincere. He never forgot the little guy.”

          Later in the interview, Beck asked if Sir Elton John, who is known to support Democrats, was aware when he performed at her 2010 wedding that the groom was the conservative radio host. Ms. Limbaugh shared that she belives the two men regardless of their opposite ideological differences were actually very similar.

          “This may be breaking news, but I believe that Sir Elton John and Rush are actually very, very similar. They had quite a similar demeanor off of their performance personality. I believe that they both were so hard-working. They both were at the top of their game, so to speak. They both loved their audience,” Kathryn Limbaugh added. “So in many respects, they were very similar.”

          Rush Limbaugh passed away last February following a battle with lung cancer.

          Musk Fires Twitter Employee Who Banned Trump First Move as Boss

          Elon Musk is wasting no time as Twitter’s new boss.

          The South African-born billionaire officially became Twitter’s new CEO Thursday evening and he wasted no time before addressing some concerns. As part of his first move as boss, Musk fired Twitter’s top lawyer Vijaya Gadde, who played an instrumental role in censoring the Hunter Biden laptop scandal and banning former President Donald Trump from the platform.

          Earlier this year after Musk announced his plan to buy Twitter, Politico reported that “Gadde cried during [a] meeting as she expressed concerns about how the company could change.”

          Musk also fired CEO Parag Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal, and Sean Edgett, the company’s general counsel

          Musk released a statement earlier in the day explaining why he wanted to buy Twitter:

          “I wanted to reach out personally to share my motivation in acquiring Twitter,” Musk wrote. “There has been much speculation about why I bought Twitter and what I think about advertising. Most of it has been wrong.”

          “The reason I acquired Twitter is because it is important to the future of civilization to have a common digital town square, where a wide range of beliefs can be debated in a healthy manner, without resorting to violence,” Musk continued. “There is currently great danger that social media will splinter into far right wing and far left wing echo chambers that generate more hate and divide our society.”

          “In the relentless pursuit of clicks, much of traditional media has fueled and catered to those polarized extremes, as they believe that is what brings in the money, but, in doing so, the opportunity for dialogue is lost,” Musk continued. “That is why I bought Twitter. I didn’t do it because it would be easy. I didn’t do it to make more money. I did it to try to help humanity, whom I love. And I do so with humility, recognizing that failure in pursuing this goal, despite our best efforts, is a very real possibility.”

          “That said, Twitter obviously cannot become a free-for-all hellscape, where anything can be said with no consequences!” Musk concluded. “In addition to
          adhering to the laws of the land, our platform must be warm and welcoming to all, where you can choose your desired experience according to your preferences, just as you can choose, for example, to see movies or play video games ranging from all ages to mature.”

          Musk’s first moves as the boss received widespread praise from conservative users.

          Musk, a free speech advocate, has vowed to address censorship and bias concerns on the platform.

          After officially becoming CEO, Trump released a statement praising Musk for the endeavor and urged him to reinstate his account.

          “Congratulations to Elon Musk on his purchase of Twitter. Many people are saying that change was needed, as the old management was too concerned with the woke agenda. I have been told that my account will be back up and running on Monday – we will see. Happy to be able to engage with African-American owned business!”

          In May, Musk said he didn’t agree with the decision to permanently ban Trump from the platform.

          “I do think it was not correct to ban Donald Trump, I think that was a mistake,” Musk said back in May. “I would reverse the perma-ban. … But my opinion, and Jack Dorsey, I want to be clear, shares this opinion, is that we should not have perma-bans.”

            Trump Snubs DeSantis in Latest Campaign Stop Announcement

            Donald Trump is giving Florida Governor Ron DeSantis the silent treatment.

            In what appears to be the latest rift between the two Republicans, Trump announced he plans to campaign for Florida Sen. Marco Rubio two days before Election Day, notably leaving out the Governor from the event.

            Trump’s plan to hold a Nov. 6 rally in Miami shocked sources close to DeSantis who say the governor wasn’t notified of the event prior to the former president’s Wednesday announcement, according to Politico.

            The timing of the Trump and Rubio event means any campaign event DeSantis holds that day won’t receive as much attention during the all-important final stretch of the 2022 midterms.

            “You’ve got the Sunday before Election Day totally hijacked by Trump parachuting in on Trump Force One taking up the whole day,” said a longtime Republican consultant who is close to the governor. “No Republican could go to a DeSantis event that day. None. And DeSantis won’t be here? This is big.”

            Another person who is influential in DeSantis’ world said it was “an elbow to Ron’s throat” and blamed Trump advisers.

            However, an adviser close to Trump said that the event isn’t meant to take attention away from the Florida governor and is just part of a series of campaign stops scheduled for the former president.

            “This is an event President Trump is holding as part of a series of stops he is making for Republican Senate candidates,” the Trump adviser said. “It came after he and Senator Rubio spoke directly.”

            Trump and DeSantis have been at odds over potentially going toe to toe in 2024 for the Republican nomination. Trump has strongly hinted at launching a presidential campaign but early polls have shown an increase in Republicans preferring DeSantis as a potential nominee, posing a major threat to Trump.

            Earlier this week, DeSantis split with Trump when he opted to endorse Colorado Senate candidate Joe O’Dea who the president previously referred to as a “stupid person with a big mouth.” Trump said DeSantis’ endorsement was a “BIG MISTAKE” is a message to his TRUTH Social.
