The House Judiciary Committee Chair Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said the panel will continue its investigation into Hunter Biden’s criminal activity in a Thursday interview with Politico.
“We think we need to look at David Weiss, the special counsel,” Jordan told the outlet.
“There will be some additional work we need to do, I think, there because when we deposed him, he wasn’t willing to — he didn’t answer any questions, really, because it was [an] ongoing investigation,” he added.
He criticized President Biden for pardoning his son ahead of his exit from the White House on all crimes committed in a 10-year period.
“I didn’t agree with it. I think a lot of Americans didn’t,” Jordan said.
But he added that “the president can pardon anyone he wants to pardon.”
Jordan’s committee launched a broad probe into Hunter Biden and his uncle James Biden for alleged unethical business dealings which prompted their testimony before members of Congress last year.
Maybe it is time to move on. They cannot get Hunter for anything he does illegally for the next 10 years, but after that, anything is possible. It is simply a matter of time until Hunter messes up again with prostitutes, drugs, embezzlement. The people know he is guilty just as Joe is of selling our national security secrets to our enemies enriching the Biden crime family for their own personal gain. Biden’s legacy will be one of corruption, failed policies as the worse president in our history.
Not true. The pardon is from the date of the pardon BACK for 10 years, not forward. Personally, I hope Joe is so gone now that he forgets to pardon the remainder of the Biden Crime Family but I bet we are going to see lots more family & friend pardons in the last week of this criminal’s presidency.
Biden’s final actions are why I suggest an amendment to the Constitution that prevents a president from enacting any executive orders, legislation, or pardons that damage the security and stability of the U.S. In the rare instance of an emergency between the election and the inauguration, the sitting president would be bound to negotiate whatever actions are necessary for the sake of national security and economic stability.
Ultimately, no one gets away with anything. There are negative consequences to every act of evil. One of the curses that should be quite obvious to us conservatives is the twisted, psychotic thinking of Leftists, i.e. all members of the Democrat Party, and the reporters we see on the major news networks and writers in leftist publications, etc. God pronounces a list of curses on those who are guilty of truth suppression in Romans 1:18ff.
