Former President Trump wants the Supreme Court to intervene in his mounting legal challenges.
Hours after the former president appeared in a Washington, D.C. courtroom on Thursday for his arraignment to enter his not-guilty plea to the four charges he is facing in Jan. 6 case he called on the Supreme Court to intercede in the political witch hunt against him.
Trump in a post also said the multiple cases against him will require “massive amounts” of time and money and force him to use resources on court battles that could have been used for advertisements and rallies.
“I am leading in all Polls, including against Crooked Joe, but this is not a level playing field. It is Election Interference, & the Supreme Court must intercede. MAGA!” Trump said.
He has been charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempting to obstruct an official proceeding and conspiracy against rights.
The indictment marked the third filed against Trump in the past few months.
Trump has pleaded not guilty to all charges and maintained that he is being prosecuted for political purposes because of his position as the frontrunner for the GOP nomination for president in 2024. Trump has dominated the polls since announcing his campaign.

It is disgraceful and, quite frankly, a violation of election law procedure to indict or bring a criminal prosecution against someone just because they are leading in a poll or because they don’t support the Minion Democratic Communism Party. The people who are meddling with the Trump event and campaign are the true criminals. The district attorney, federal prosecutor, and judge all understand that there is no evidence or case to back up the allegations made against our president, Donald Trump. They are all aware that Trump is the front-runner and that the American people will support him regardless of how fierce the storm is. At its root, this is a crooked mob.

WHY HAS OUR LAWSOT BEENFOLLOWED OVER THE MANY DECADES OF WRONGS BY THE DEMS / RINOS? The fact that Democrats are now wanting the death penalty for Trump, there should be an arrest of Biden for the death of thousands of Americans in Afghanistan and Obama and Hillary for the deaths of Americans killed in Benghazi, Pelosi for failure to except troops Trump wanted to send to the Capital on Jan.6 They all have blood on their hands, but as we all have known, the fact that Democrats are above the Law nothing will be done to them unless they lose in 2024. Democrats have incited violence since Trump won in 2016, They incite riots when ever they don’t get their way.
