On Tuesday, President Biden’s son Hunter filed a lawsuit against former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani alleging the former Trump lawyer violated his privacy rights by illegally disseminating content from Biden’s infamous laptop.
The complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California states Giuliani is “primarily responsible” for the “total annihilation” of Biden’s digital privacy. It also names Robert Costello, a former federal prosecutor who previously represented Giuliani, as a defendant, Fox News has confirmed.Â
“For the past many months and even years, Defendants have dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from Plaintiff’s devices or storage platforms, including what Defendants claim to have obtained from Plaintiff’s alleged ‘laptop’ computer,” Biden’s attorneys wrote in the complaint, claiming that the data was not even from a “laptop,” but from an “external drive.”

So Biden abandoned this laptop and now he claims no one should have looked at it. He had ample opportunity to pick it up but failed to do so. Once it became abandoned property, the repair shop had legal custody so the contents were now their property also. Maybe he should have gone and picked it up.

And the judge in this lawsuit is already picked and paid for his favorable rulings for Hunter against Rudy!
This is just another sample of how the Demoncrats do things. Obiden and Son have done nothing but break the law for the last 20 yrs plus. Where are the Republicans! It is time to bring it all to the table and get it over with. The American people deserve to know all the TRUTH regarding the Obama’s and Obidens. I cannot even imagine how drugged up Hunter Biden was, when he left that laptop and did not pick it up with the 90 day period. NOW that he understands what he did, he is filing a lawsuit. Unfortunately it is too late. The whole world has seen a lot of Hunter Biden and his Daddy and what transpired. No wonder it was swept under the rug until now, but now it is old news. Hunter just wants to see if he can make money from this lawsuit, just like the Big Guy taught him.
