Who is to blame for the failed US exit from Afghanistan? I would place most of the blame on the decision makers who sent US troops there in the 1st place. And when the Taliban chose to ignore their pledge to allow an orderly US departure the Afghanistan Army turned tail and ran like rabbits. So those three entities that are most to blame for the exit chaos are the US decision makers that committed US troops to the fray, the Taliban who precipitated the failures and the Afghanistan Army who failed to stand and fight. The rest should have known better.
