Much goes into LA River & Into the sea
Beach outlets pour into the sea VS capture & save Or process for reuse
& they cry Drought

The EPA and it’s California Minions insist that water must flow to the sea unobstructed so that the NON-ENDANGERED snail darter fish found in California’s s river deltas will thrive the same as they do in every other river delta that borders the pacific. If a non endangered fish is declared endangered California will shut off the water to humans.
WOW WE JUST PAID OVER $100.00 DOLLARS FOR WATER, IN “CALIFORNIA”, AND ONLY USED WATER TO COOK AND BATHE, ALL SUMMER AND NOW WINTER LONG., WONDER WHEN THIS IS ALL GOING TO STOP. THANKS DEMON-RATS FOR ALL THE WRONG PEOPLE IN OFFICE, INCLUDING GOVERNOR NEWSOM. I GUESS THEY WANT EXTRA DOLLARS TO SPEND ON ALL THE ILLEGALS COMING ACROSS THE BOARDER. WHAT A SHAME.
