    Loomer Ally Files Police Report After Intense Run-In With Crockett

    Texas Democrat Jasmine Crockett is under growing fire after allegedly assaulting a conservative commentator in the halls of Congress.

    The confrontation took place Tuesday when Charles Downs, an activist affiliated with Laura Loomer’s media outlet, questioned Crockett over her escalating rhetoric against Tesla and Elon Musk. Video footage shows Crockett grabbing Downs’ phone, an act that has sparked allegations of assault and renewed criticism of her behavior under pressure.

    Downs reportedly tried to ask the congresswoman if she condemns violence ahead of the planned 500 “Tesla Takedown” protests on Saturday.

    The clash came just days after Crockett expressed support for the “Tesla Takedown” movement, a left-wing protest effort targeting Tesla dealerships nationwide. Her rhetoric has raised eyebrows on the right—especially as tensions surrounding Musk have escalated into real-world violence.

    Newsweek has more details on Tuesday’s confrontation, which led to a police report being filed against an individual some Republicans now call the Democratic Party’s “unquestioned leader.”

    Crockett’s garnered plenty of her party’s spotlight since President Donald Trump took office in January, speaking publicly and openly about Trump, Elon Musk and other Republican lawmakers and their policies.

    She’s been a staunch defender of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and was critical of her Republican counterparts who were either downplaying the impact of DOGE-inspired budget cuts or skipping town halls with constituents.

    Crockett originally ignores the questions while having a walking back-and-forth with Republican Representative Tim Burchett of Tennessee. Audio is muffled but some of the conversation includes mentions of “horse manure.”

    Near the end of the 30-second recording, Downs asks once more and Crockett moves toward him and grab his phone, distorting the video. The video has been viewed on X over 1.7 million times.

    Previous video that went viral showed Crockett telling supporters that March 29 is her birthday, and “all she wants” on her birthday is for Musk “to be taken down.” Her remarks were rebuked by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, who warned Crockett on Sunday to “tread carefully.”

    On Monday, the Austin Police Department Bomb Squad responded to a Tesla dealership where multiple incendiary devices were discovered. Authorities say the incident is part of a broader campaign of politically motivated vandalism targeting Tesla facilities across the country.

    The FBI and ATF have since launched a joint task force to investigate what federal officials are now calling acts of domestic terrorism. President Donald Trump has condemned the attacks, warning that those responsible could face the full weight of federal prosecution.

    Meanwhile, Crockett is also catching heat for another remark—this time mocking Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who is paralyzed from the waist down, by calling him “Governor Hot Wheels.” Abbott has used a wheelchair since a tragic accident in his 20s.

    As criticism mounts, Crockett’s conduct is reigniting national debate over political discourse, decorum and how public officials respond to dissent—especially when the cameras are rolling.

    Tucker Carlson Predicts JD Vance As GOP 2028 Nominee

    In a prediction during a recent podcast, Tucker Carlson, co-founder of the Daily Caller News Foundation, forecasted that Vice President JD Vance will emerge as the Republican Party’s presidential nominee in 2028. Carlson’s statement, made on the “VINCE” podcast, sheds light on the increasing influence of Vance within the party and the likelihood of him becoming the successor to Donald Trump’s political legacy.

    Despite Donald Trump declining to endorse Vance during a February Fox News interview, where he stated there were “a lot of very capable people” in the Republican Party, Carlson is optimistic that the former president will ultimately support the vice president in 2028. Trump’s comment, which may have seemed like a rejection to some, was interpreted by Carlson as a temporary stance, not a definitive end to any future support.

    “I think people want to leave a legacy, all of us do, and great men especially do. And the only person in the entire Republican Party from my position who’s capable of carrying on the Trump legacy and expanding it, making it what it should fully be, is JD Vance,” Carlson explained. He also praised Vance’s loyalty to Trump and his profound service, indicating that Trump’s current withholding of endorsement may have been a strategic decision.

    Carlson’s own connection to Vance runs deep; his son, Buckley Carlson, serves as Vance’s deputy press secretary. This familial link only adds weight to Carlson’s belief in Vance’s potential as the future of the GOP.

    Vince Coglianese, host of the podcast, suggested that Trump may have declined to endorse Vance to protect him from premature political pressures. This sentiment was echoed by Carlson, who agreed that Trump’s reticence could be a tactical move, keeping the focus on the current administration rather than the 2028 race. “There’s a lot that will happen between now and then,” Carlson remarked. “And I think, already, I mean, it’s a tough gig for any vice president, this one included. But he has been a powerful partner for Trump.”

    The vice president’s solid performance and loyalty have positioned him as the frontrunner for 2028, at least in Carlson’s eyes. “I don’t see any other, at this point, as of today, any other conceivable option. I think JD Vance will be the nominee,” he concluded.

    Amid these discussions, speculation about Donald Trump Jr.’s potential 2028 run surfaced. However, Trump Jr. strongly denied any intentions of running, responding with an impassioned statement in which he lambasted the theory that he was helping JD Vance secure a vice presidential nomination as part of a personal presidential ambition.

    Political analyst Mark Halperin also weighed in on JD Vance’s prospects, highlighting the vice president’s strengths in media engagement and public appearances. According to Halperin, Vance has an advantage over other potential 2028 contenders due to his willingness to take on numerous interviews and public platforms without hesitation. Unlike Kamala Harris, who waited weeks into her 2024 candidacy to take an interview, Vance is positioned to perform strongly across a wide range of media settings.

    Trump’s reluctance to endorse JD Vance could also be influenced by the strained relationship he experienced with his first vice president, Mike Pence. The fallout between Trump and Pence, especially following the 2020 election, was widely publicized and has been a point of contention within the Republican Party ever since. January 6th, 2021, marked a significant turning point in their partnership. Given this history, Trump may be cautious about offering early or public endorsements to his current vice president, JD Vance, fearing the possibility of another strained relationship down the line. By withholding an endorsement, Trump might be taking a more measured approach, wanting to avoid prematurely putting his full support behind Vance in case any future disagreements arise.

    Trump Declares Biden Autopen Pardons ‘Void’

    Monday morning, President Trump said he plans to void all the last-minute pardons former President Joe Biden made using autopen.

    “The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” Trump posted on Truth Social early Monday morning.

    “In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!” he said of the oldest-ever president and concerned at his age-related mental abilities at 82.

    The 47th president also alleged that the pardons were not “approved” by his predecessor.

    “The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden,” he wrote. “He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime.”

    Trump also warned that members of the former Jan. 6 House select committee who Biden issued pardons would be “subject to investigation at the highest level.”

    “Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level,” Trump wrote Monday.

    “The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!”

    Biden preemptively pardoned all nine members of the Jan. 6 Committee, including the two leaders — Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) and then-Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) who later pledged to vote for then-Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2025 election,

    On the last day of his presidency, Biden issued a string of 11th-hour pardons, including preemptive pardons to Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley and Dr. Anthony Fauci.

    Trump was outraged after Biden issued the preemptive pardons, blasting the move as “disgraceful” and saying, “Many are guilty of MAJOR CRIMES!”

    Despite Trump’s threat, it’s unclear whether any court will take steps to void Biden’s pardons over the autopen claims.

    Last week, The New York Post reported that Missouri’s Attorney General Andrew Bailey suggested that dozens of executive orders signed by former President Biden were authorized with identical autopen signatures, and “if true, these executive orders, pardons, and all other actions are unconstitutional and legally void.”

    “I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Bailey said.

    Minnesota Republicans Propose Bill Classifying “Trump Derangement Syndrome” as Mental Illness

    Minnesota Senate Republicans have introduced a bill to define “Trump Derangement Syndrome” (TDS) as a form of mental illness. Senate Bill 2589, which is set to be formally introduced and read on March 17, 2025, igniting significant debate due to the novelty of a politically charged term in the medical lexicon.

    The bill, sponsored by Republican State Senators Eric Lucero, Steve Drazkowski, Nathan Wesenberg, Justin Eichorn, and Glenn Gruenhagen, seeks to amend the state’s definition of mental illness by adding a specific reference to TDS. According to the text of the bill, mental illness would include “Trump Derangement Syndrome” or an organic disorder of the brain that significantly impairs an individual’s ability to function in daily life.

    The bill describes TDS as “the acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal persons that is in reaction to the policies and presidencies of President Donald J. Trump.” According to the proposal, individuals affected by TDS exhibit symptoms of paranoia and an inability to separate legitimate political disagreements from perceived personal or psychological pathology in Trump’s behavior.

    The bill further characterizes TDS as leading to “Trump-induced general hysteria,” where individuals may struggle to distinguish between policy differences and a supposed mental condition in the former president’s actions. These symptoms, the bill argues, can severely impair personal relationships, work, and other aspects of daily living.

    The bill has already been logged into the Minnesota legislature’s official website, but it is set to undergo formal introduction on March 17, 2025. Its introduction has garnered widespread attention, with reactions split along party lines.

    Supporters of the bill argue that it is a legitimate attempt to address a condition that they believe affects a significant portion of the population, particularly those who strongly opposed former President Trump. By naming and defining TDS, they argue, the bill opens a discussion about how political figures can profoundly affect the psychological well-being of individuals, especially during times of heightened political polarization.

    Radical Congresswoman Maxine Waters is igniting controversy once again…

    While addressing the Congressional Black Caucus on Thursday, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) claimed that President Donald Trump as on the verge of starting a civil war.

    “I’m worried that Trump is on the edge of creating a civil war,” she claimed. “He alluded to it more than once. He alluded to the fact that if he did not get reelected, that there could be a civil war.”

    She claimed that this idea placed a major responsibility on Democrats to “live and do, like Doctor Martin Luther King told us to do.”

    “He taught us to organize and to protest, but he taught us nonviolence,” she said. “He taught us nonviolence. That was the center. That was the core of his message. And we live with that all the time. No matter how upset we can get, no matter how angry we can get. We live with what we’ve been taught.”

    Waters claimed that Trump was putting people “in a position where hungry people are going to be on the street, where nonprofits who were waiting for their checks are not going to get them, where seniors waiting for their Social Security check will not get it – where poor families with children will not get what they believe the government has agreed to do.”

    “And so when that happens, what does Trump expect? Oh, I believe he expects violence,” she claimed. “I believe he expects confrontation. I believe he’s working toward a civil war.”

    Federal Judge Appointed By Trump Quits Prominent Judicial Group

    He’s had enough…

    A federal judge who was appointed by President Donald Trump recently resigned from the largest association of federal judges, decrying how the group issued a rare statement last week condemning recent alleged threats against judges but stayed quiet for years while conservative members of the judiciary faced scrutiny and attack.

    Judge James C. Ho, of the New Orleans-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, announced his departure from the Federal Judges Association during a speaking event Saturday hosted by the conservative Federalist Society at the University of Michigan Law School. It comes in response to the 1,100-member group issuing a statement on March 5 saying in part that “judges must be permitted to do their jobs without fear of violence or intimidation of any kind.” Trump and his allies have grown increasingly critical of judges who have blocked the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and other aspects of the administration’s agenda, while DOGE leader Elon Musk last month called for an “immediate wave of judicial impeachments.” 

    “I was very surprised by that statement. And the next morning, I sent an email to the organization saying that I wanted to resign,” Ho said of the Federal Judges Association. “I researched for myself, and I also asked the association if they ever issued any such statements when Justice Thomas received attacks, or Justice Alito. Justice Kavanaugh dealt with an assassination attempt. We’ve had federal district judges in Texas and in Florida – as well as, I’m sure, other states, but those are the ones that come to mind immediately – all faced the kinds of things that that statement was complaining about and more. Did we see these statements in 2024 or 2023 or 2022? From what I can tell, no.” 

    “You can’t say that you’re in favor of judicial independence only when it comes to decisions that you like. That’s not protecting the judiciary, that’s politicizing the judiciary,” Ho said, arguing that such statements actually harm the cause they try to further. “Because one of two things turns out to be true when you’re selective in this way. And either of these options, I think, is a bad thing. Option number one is that you’re basically lying, that you actually don’t care about this principle because you didn’t stand up for it when the shoe was on the other foot, and so you’re telling the world essentially we’re not seriously committed to judicial independence.” 

    “The alternative is perhaps even worse, which is that you are telling the truth – you do care about this, this principle, whether it’s judicial independence or free speech. I think this concept applies to a lot of things,” Ho continued. “If you’re telling the truth, you really care about this principle, but there are just some people who have views that are so anathema to you that you don’t think they are worthy of this principle that you expound on.” 

    “And so what you may think is a statement born of righteousness I think is perceived by a lot of people as merely sanctimonious,” he concluded. 

    The president of the Federal Judges Association, U.S. Circuit Judge J. Michelle Childs, who was appointed by former President Joe Biden, wrote in an email to members last week that the “judiciary faces growing threats, including violence, intimidation, disinformation, and unprecedented impeachments that challenge its independence,” according to Reuters. 

    The Federal Judges Association then released a lengthier public statement the next day that did not elaborate on specific threats against specific judges. 

    Rosie O’Donnell Fled US For Ireland After Trump’s Win: Report

    Rosie O’Donnell has followed through on her promise to leave the United States, confirming on social media late Tuesday that she has officially relocated to Ireland. The 62-year-old comedian and actress made the move to Dublin on Jan. 15, bringing her 12-year-old daughter along with her.

    In a TikTok video, O’Donnell explained that she left the country because of the current political climate, saying the move was necessary to protect their well-being after President Donald Trump‘s reelection.

    She also revealed that she’s in the process of obtaining Irish citizenship, citing her familial roots in the country.

    “I never thought I’d leave the country,” O’Donnell acknowledged. “But this felt like the best decision for me and my child. And here we are.”

    O’Donnell revealed that she’s adjusting to life abroad and claimed that she and her youngest child are content. However, she admitted, “But I miss my other kids. I miss my friends.”

    Reaction from conservative influencers was swift and relentless, igniting a firestorm of online commentary and debate.

    The ’90s comedian and actress’ European emigration follows a growing trend of high-profile liberals fleeing the U.S., including Ellen DeGeneres leaving the U.S. for countries like the U.K. and Ireland, driven by dissatisfaction with Trump’s policies, including his administration’s efforts to dismantle bureaucratic overreach and roll back executive actions on diversity, equity and inclusion.

    As reported by Fox News, the former View co-host has been publicly feuding with President Trump since 2006:

    O’Donnell disagrees with Trump not only politically. The two have also been involved in a feud since 2006 after she criticized him on “The View” about his decision to be lenient toward a Miss USA winner who had been accused of drug use and other bad behavior.

    O’Donnell questioned Trump’s moral authority, referencing his personal history and business practices, and mocked his appearance. She stated, “He’s the moral authority? Left the first wife, had an affair. Left the second wife, had an affair. Had kids both times. But he’s the moral compass for 20-year-olds in America?”

    Trump responded to the criticism by calling O’Donnell a “real loser.”

    At the time, he said of Miss USA Tara Conner that he is a “believer in second chances. Tara is a good person. Tara has tried hard. Tara is going to be given a second chance.”

    The pair continued to spar back and forth, with O’Donnell telling People magazine in 2014 their feud involved the “most bullying I ever experienced in my life.”

    Trump launched a series of verbal salvos against O’Donnell, calling her “disgusting,” “a slob” and threatening legal action, although he never followed through with a lawsuit. He also commented on her appearance and personal life, intensifying their rivalry.

    While O’Donnell and her youngest child have settled in Ireland, she leaves behind five grown children in the U.S.:

    -Parker Jaren O’Donnell (29): Adopted in 1995, Parker attended Valley Forge Military Academy and now serves in the Marines.

    -Chelsea Belle O’Donnell (27): Chelsea has faced significant challenges, including a strained relationship with Rosie and legal issues related to drug possession and child neglect.

    -Blake Christopher O’Donnell (25): The most private of O’Donnell’s children.

    -Vivienne Rose O’Donnell (22): A University of Delaware student who graduated high school in 2021.

    Will She Ever Return?

    Despite embracing her new life abroad, O’Donnell left the door open for a possible return.

    “I miss so much about life back home,” she said. “But I’m trying to find a home here in this beautiful country. When America is safe for all citizens and equal rights are truly protected, that’s when we’ll consider coming back.”

    Sununu Eyes New Campaign Seat After New Hampshire Senate Seat Opens Up

    Former New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu (R) said he is considering running for Senate after previously rejecting the possibility.

    “I have not ruled it out completely, but folks in Washington have asked me to think about it and to consider it, and that is just kind of where I am,” Sununu said Tuesday about a possible Senate run, according to The Washington Times.

    Democrat Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire announced Wednesday she will not seek reelection to the United States Senate next year, concluding a historic political career that includes being the first woman elected as both a governor and U.S. senator in the United States. Shaheen, who turned 78 in January, has been a significant figure in New Hampshire politics for decades, serving three terms as governor before her election to the Senate in 2008.

    Sununu has previously said he is not interested in representing his state in Washington.

    “I would rule myself completely out of a U.S. Senate race, to be sure,” Sununu said last year, according to a local news outlet.

    “Politically, we’ll see what happens down the road. But in terms of Senate or Congress, nothing I have any interest in whatsoever,” he added.

    The Washington Times reported, however, that Sununu is now saying that Trump’s focus on making government more accountable and efficient has prompted him to reconsider.

    “That makes me think, OK, maybe things are changing,” he said, according to The Washington Times. “Maybe there’s a path here.”

    Senator Announces Retirement, Shaking Up New Hampshire Senate Race

    Democrat Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire has announced she will not seek reelection to the United States Senate next year, concluding a historic political career that includes being the first woman elected as both a governor and U.S. senator in the United States. Shaheen, who turned 78 in January, has been a significant figure in New Hampshire politics for decades, serving three terms as governor before her election to the Senate in 2008.

    Her decision not to run presents a considerable challenge for Democrats aiming to regain control of the Senate, where Republicans currently hold a 53-47 majority. Shaheen’s departure opens up the field for potential candidates, including former Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown, who is considering a run for the New Hampshire seat after serving as ambassador to New Zealand in the first Trump administration.

    As The Hill reports:

    Shaheen announced what she described as a “difficult” decision in an interview with The New York Times.

    “It was a difficult decision, made more difficult by the current environment in the country — by President Trump and what he’s doing right now,” Shaheen, who is 78, told The Times.

    Shaheen is the third Senate Democrat to announce their retirement this year. 

    Sens. Gary Peters (D-Mich.) and Tina Smith (D-Minn.) have also said they don’t plan to run for reelection in 2026. 

    New Hampshire has a history of electing leaders from both parties. The state recently elected Republican Governor Kelly Ayotte, even as President Trump narrowly lost the state by less than three percentage points.

    Shaheen’s retirement adds to the challenging political landscape for Democrats in the upcoming midterm elections, as they strive to navigate a difficult Senate map and reclaim the majority.

    Trump Pledges To Oust MAGA Congressman

    President Trump is on a war path…

    President Trump vowed to “lead the charge” to oust Kentucky Congressman Thomas Massie (R) after he revealed he will not support the GOP’s short-term government funding bill ahead of Friday’s shutdown deadline.

    Trump began a Truth Social post late Monday night by thanking the House Freedom Caucus for backing the stopgap funding package and supporting Speaker Mike Johnson’s (R-La.) efforts to keep the government open, and then called on Massie to be primaried.

    “Thank you to the House Freedom Caucus for just delivering a big blow to the Radical Left Democrats and their desire to raise Taxes and SHUT OUR COUNTRY DOWN! They hate America and all it stands for. That’s why they allowed MILLIONS of Criminals to invade our Nation. Sometimes it takes great courage to do the right thing. Congressman Thomas Massie, of beautiful Kentucky, is an automatic ‘NO’ vote on just about everything, despite the fact that he has always voted for Continuing Resolutions in the past. HE SHOULD BE PRIMARIED, and I will lead the charge against him,” Trump said.

    The president then compared Massie to former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), who served on the committee investigating Jan. 6, 201 and was censured by the Republican National Committee. Trump endorsed Cheney’s primary challenger in the 2022 race.

    “He’s just another GRANDSTANDER, who’s too much trouble, and not worth the fight. He reminds me of Liz Chaney before her historic, record breaking fall (loss!). The people of Kentucky won’t stand for it, just watch. DO I HAVE ANY TAKERS??? Anyway, thank you again to the House Freedom Caucus for your very important vote. We need to buy some time in order to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, GREATER THAN EVER BEFORE. Unite and Win!!!” Trump said.

    Sen. Mike Lee responded to Trump’s attack against Massie by speaking out in support of the congressman.

    “I have nothing but profound respect for @RepThomasMassie, who has worked harder than perhaps any member of Congress to bring federal spending under control,” Lee wrote on X. “He might vote differently on this matter than most, but if he does so he’ll have a really good reason,” the senator continued. “I’m a huge fan.”

    While Massie has yet to directly respond to Trump’s comments he signaled the threats will have no impact on his re-election plans.

    Massie and Trump have a rocky history…

    In 2020, Trump called for the congressman to be booted from the GOP.

    “Looks like a third rate Grandstander named @RepThomasMassie, a Congressman from, unfortunately, a truly GREAT State, Kentucky, wants to vote against the new Save Our Workers Bill in Congress. He just wants the publicity,” Trump declared in a March 2020 tweet.

    “He can’t stop it, only delay, which is both dangerous,” Trump wrote in the post, before continuing his thought in another post, “& costly. Workers & small businesses need money now in order to survive. Virus wasn’t their fault. It is ‘HELL’ dealing with the Dems, had to give up some stupid things in order to get the “big picture” done. 90% GREAT! WIN BACK HOUSE, but throw Massie out of Republican Party!”

    Months later, Massie sailed to a decisive Republican primary victory.

    In 2022, Trump did a turnaround and endorsed Massie shortly before the congressman earned another GOP primary win.

    In 2023, Massie endorsed Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for president before the Sunshine State politician even launched his presidential primary bid. In early 2024, DeSantis dropped out of the race and endorsed Trump. 

    Massie ultimately endorsed Trump less than two weeks before the general election.
